Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of Lyvicar, a shop management platform operated by 9499-4852 Québec inc. ("Lyvico", "we"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Lyvicar is cloud software that lets auto repair shops manage work orders, appointments, invoicing, inventory, accounting, tire storage, mobile service and AI-assisted estimates. The service is offered as a monthly subscription and runs in a web browser.
2. Accounts and license
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. Your subscription licenses the service for one (1) shop — the location registered on the account. Sharing an account across multiple shops, branches or businesses is prohibited: each additional location requires its own subscription.
3. Subscription and payments
The service is billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. Prices are shown before tax; applicable taxes are added based on your province or state. We offer a 14-day free trial; no charge is made during the trial.
3.1 Payments between your shop and your customers
The online payment module lets your shop collect payments from your own customers through Stripe Connect, on your own Stripe account. These transactions take place directly between you and your customers: Lyvico is not a party to these transactions, does not act as a payment processor or custodian of funds, and assumes no responsibility for refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraud or tax obligations arising from them. By activating this module, you accept the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and Stripe’s terms. Stripe’s processing fees apply to these transactions and are independent of your Lyvicar subscription.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewal. The service remains active until the end of the period already paid, with no refund for the remaining time. There are no fixed-term contracts.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to breach its security, and not to overload the infrastructure improperly. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. You also agree not to copy, reproduce or attempt to duplicate the service, its interface or its code — including by means of artificial-intelligence tools —, not to reverse engineer it, not to extract data in bulk by automated means (scraping), and not to use it to build a competing product.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the service (customers, vehicles, invoices, etc.). We process it to provide the service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We perform daily backups, but you remain responsible for your use of the service.
7. Artificial-intelligence features
Some features, such as the estimate module, use artificial intelligence to suggest parts, labor and prices. These suggestions are provided as an aid only: they may contain errors and are neither a quote nor professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing every estimate before presenting it to your customers. Lyvico accepts no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of these suggestions. No personal information about your customers is sent to the AI provider (see the Privacy Policy).
8. Availability and support
We strive to keep the service continuously available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance and updates. The service is provided "as is", without implied warranties beyond what the law requires. Our support covers the Lyvicar software only: we do not provide support for your hardware (computers, tablets, printers, network) or your operating systems — their installation, configuration and maintenance remain your responsibility.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lyvico shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or data arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last twelve months.
10. Changes
We may modify these terms. We will notify you of material changes with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Quebec.
